Dan and I got together with some members of the ward and had dinner and dessert to watch the fireworks. It was so much fun! I went a bit crazy with pics of fireworks...how about 72 pics of fireworks! I know it's crazy, but I love taking pictures and this year the fireworks were wonderful. I brought chocolate-dipped cheesecake for dessert. I found the recipe on a blog, but it originally came from a cookbook I saw at Williams-Sonoma called: Sticky, Chewy, Messy, Gooey- Desserts for the Serious Sweet-Tooth.
